Account Officer (m/f)
The role

You will be one of the first contact points of our high-quality distribution partners

Your aim is to deliver a world-class service by means of close follow-up communication and a high level of responsiveness to clients' needs.

Through cooperation and professionalism, you will be able to develop strong relationships with contacts
Your profile
-
At least 3 years customer service experience gained within the financial/insurance sector
-
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to improve the performance of, as well as to develop networks
-
Be capable of working independently

Able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem solving capabilities

Flexible, the candidate should enjoy responsibilities and challenging situations

Perfect command of either of the following languages; Flemish,German, French, Italian or Spanish.
